Calibration 22 [Accidental Video]

[Garrus is shooting an alien creature knawing on his leg right as the video feed starts. He's in a cave covered in coccoons and slime, a crystal attached to his hip. From the look of his armor, he's been having a very rough time.

The turian quickly replaces his heat clip in his rifle and shoots the remaining hostiles. He leans against the rock wall, panting. Only then does he notice the device is on.]

If anybody's seeing this, backup would be nice. But if I don't make it, please give me a soldier's funeral.

I have to go now. Those things are relentless and are just going to keep coming until I make it out.

And I thought husks were bad.

Use it. While your death would be a loss, with these creatures, your death would only serve to make them grow. I will arrive as soon as possible.

[He's SURE they're Tyranids but then again, he's never seen a Tyranid before. Only heard stories.]

[Oh boy, this place is BIG. Kais lopes along as fast as his hooves can handle and shows up at the spot about ten minutes later. Hopefully Garrus could survive that long.]

This place can be collapsed so nothing will follow us.

[He reaches into his pack and pulls out two rectangular demolition charges and passes one over to Garrus.]

Each press of the right button adds fifteen human seconds. Each press of the left subtracts fifteen seconds. A minute will do, yes?

[Sets the timer according to instruction and sets it.]

[Kais sets his up as high as he can reach, intent on collapsing the room their in.]

After these are set, I believe the human saying is 'run like hell'?

Way ahead of you! [Bolts in the other direction, looking back to make sure the other alien is still with him.]

[He has an awkward loping gait but he keeps up easily enough. Thankfully, his speed is nothing like his reflexes and eye/body coordination...which are poor.]

[Ducks behind a corner and covers his ears as the explosion goes off and the tunnel behind them caves in.]

Let's hope they can't dig through rock.
